Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 remote technical support for 500+ employees across Illinois
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for remote work optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues
- Mentor junior support staff and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of remote IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Intune deployment
- Proven success managing VPN and zero-trust security frameworks
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex remote connectivity issues
- Excellent written communication for documentation and training
- Illinois residency required for compliance with state regulations
