Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on code reviews and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a distributed, remote environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- State Management: Strong experience with Redux or Context API.
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Node.js is a plus.
- Tools: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
