Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design sessions to drive technical strategy.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) is a plus.
