Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web/mobile products using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for stakeholder presentations
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers through weekly design critiques and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in remote/fully distributed teams
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS design solutions
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
