Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues remotely
- Document solutions in knowledge base and train junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
- Lead incident management during critical outages
- Conduct quarterly security audits and compliance checks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
