Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows across virtual teams
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate with Illinois-based stakeholders on cross-regional projects
- Develop and maintain remote team performance metrics
- Lead asynchronous and synchronous collaboration initiatives
- Document SOPs for distributed team operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations management or remote team leadership
- Proven experience with asynchronous communication tools (Slack, Asana, Trello)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent
- Expertise in time zone management across US Central/Eastern regions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
