Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Optimize application speed, accessibility, and SEO to enhance user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on remote work environments.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
