Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead technical initiatives, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance across all remote platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the remote team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a fully remote setting with distributed teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
