Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions for remote infrastructure.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Testing & Deployment: Ensure rigorous testing protocols and smooth CI/CD pipeline deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or equivalent modern frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across time zones.
- Tools: Proficient with Git, Docker, AWS, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
