Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fully remote Agile environment.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies and ensure robustness across all deployed features.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the team's technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
