Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code to facilitate future maintenance and onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience working effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
