- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.

- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to our strict coding standards and conducting thorough code reviews.
- Optimization: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, participate in technical architecture discussions, and contribute to the engineering roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
