Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our diverse client base.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
