Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including troubleshooting and debugging.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the remote team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
