Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Minneapolis and Virginia to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in agile sprint planning.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust fixes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances or pass background checks for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
