Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems via remote channels
- Diagnose and resolve network, security, and infrastructure issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and preventive measures
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA security protocols for all client interactions
- Train junior staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT support with remote work expertise
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in VMware, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise network troubleshooting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
