Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Mentor junior support specialists through knowledge sharing sessions
- Proactively monitor client systems to prevent potential outages
- Conduct quarterly system audits and optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical support with 3+ years in remote/hybrid environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow) and remote access tools
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
