Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and fully designed user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team, effectively articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design lifecycle, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric experiences.
