- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance, generate insights, and present ROI to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior SEO specialists and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in technical SEO, including Schema markup, XML sitemaps, and site speed optimization.
- Tools: Expert-level command of Google Analytics, Search Console, and major SEO toolsets.
- Certifications: Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.
