Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, crawl errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and competitor insights.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize web pages, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs; provide actionable monthly reports.
- Link Building: Develop and manage off-page SEO strategies to build high-authority backlinks.
- Local SEO: Manage and optimize local search presence for clients and our own properties.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Tools: Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
