Your Mission
As our SEO Lead, you will spearhead technical SEO initiatives, manage complex campaigns, and mentor junior talent. You will be the architect of our search success.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical SEO audits and strategy formulation for enterprise-level clients, focusing on 2026 web standards and search algorithms.
- Oversee enterprise-level keyword research and content strategy, ensuring semantic relevance and topical authority.
- Implement and manage complex schema markup (JSON-LD, Local Business, FAQ) to maximize rich snippet visibility.
- Analyze user intent data to drive content calendars and product development.
- Build scalable link profiles through white-hat outreach and digital PR strategies.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and Core Web Performance metrics.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to implement structured data and site architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive SEO experience, with a focus on technical SEO and enterprise strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Deep understanding of semantic search, NLP, and Google SGE (Search Generative Experience).
- Experience with Headless CMS (Contentful, Contentful, or Next.js) and server-side rendering.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic by 200%+ YoY.
- Leadership experience mentoring junior SEOs and managing budgets.
