Capital Tech Partners is seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. Based in Washington, DC, we serve a diverse portfolio of federal and private sector clients. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, and site architecture.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities in the DC market and beyond.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize web pages for user experience and search engines.
- Monitor KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the government or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, fully distributed team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
