Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques.
- Optimize job postings and career pages for maximum SEO performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align recruitment content with SEO best practices.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and outreach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies dynamically.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Technical Recruiting, or a hybrid role combining both disciplines.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, schema markup, and crawlability.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated success in managing remote teams or working in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and candidate sourcing tools.
