Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to fill full-time roles.
- Optimize our careers page and internal job board for search engines to increase organic traffic and applicant volume.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks and implement SEO-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting within the US market.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development is a plus.
