- Manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets with 25% YoY growth target
- Leverage AI-powered scheduling tools for 24/7 global engagement
- Collaborate with design team using Figma and provided Adobe licenses
- Lead crisis management protocols for brand reputation
- Mentor junior team members through weekly workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years social media management with B2B tech experience
- Proven success scaling follower bases 50%+ annually
- Advanced proficiency in Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite certification preferred
- Experience managing $50K+ ad budgets
- Strong data storytelling skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Google Analytics and SEO certification required
