- Create viral content calendars with 15+ posts/month driving 50%+ engagement growth
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social/Hootsuite to optimize ROI
- Manage $10K+ monthly ad budgets across paid social campaigns
- Coordinate with design team for branded visual assets
- Lead community engagement initiatives with 5K+ followers
- Collaborate with sales team to generate qualified leads
- Report weekly performance dashboards to CMO
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven social media management experience
- Portfolio with 5+ successful brand campaigns
