Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Lead architectural decisions while maintaining security best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechFlow at industry conferences
- Analyze system metrics to identify and resolve scalability bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development with 4+ years in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with strong algorithmic fundamentals
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs and deployed solutions
- Exceptional remote collaboration skills and time management abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
