Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP and containerization technologies
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance, reducing latency by 40%+ quarterly
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Lead agile ceremonies while maintaining Jira/Confluence documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical blogs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- AWS/GCP certification with production-level infrastructure management
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
