Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
