Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Python and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster technical growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend services.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a remote environment.
