Your Role
In this position, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable software solutions that drive our business forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that delight our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex codebases efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
