Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
