Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in JavaScript/TypeScript, focusing on React and Node.js ecosystems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for security and scalability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend or full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
