As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive the development of our flagship SaaS platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
