What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications for remote clients.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers in San Jose and Virginia to define project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern frameworks.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure security best practices and data integrity across all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of working in Remote/Work From Home environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available for overlapping hours with the US East Coast (Virginia) and West Coast (San Jose) teams.
