Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/Azure and containerization technologies
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications using Agile methodologies
- Contribute to DevOps automation pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure as code)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack, Jira, and virtual whiteboards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Java and modern frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and serverless architectures
- Proven track record of leading remote development teams using GitOps workflows
- Strong background in testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2T)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
