Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to define and deliver features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
