Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high-performance standards.
- Define and communicate the technical roadmap, breaking down complex 2026 goals into actionable engineering milestones.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Cloud) to integrate into our 2026 core infrastructure.
- Oversee system integration and ensure seamless deployment across global environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain the highest quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with Machine Learning pipelines and big data processing technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience, managing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
