Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business growth.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding security, scalability, and performance for global clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and C-suite executives, to deliver high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Technical Leadership.
- Proven expertise in Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data analytics.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
