- Ensure 100% uptime and service availability for our clients during off-hours.
- Document resolutions in our internal knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Technical Customer Service.
- Proven track record of working successfully in remote work environments.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
