Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical roles, focusing on Software Engineering, Data Science, and AI.
- Develop and implement aggressive sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for the 2026 vision.
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and culture fit.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and drive the offer-to-decision process.
- Utilize advanced ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of salary trends and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of placing senior engineering talent.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and current technical stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Exceptional ability to source passive candidates through networking, social media, and technical communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
