Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support via chat, email, and phone to our diverse client base.
- Diagnose, resolve, and document complex software, hardware, and network issues efficiently.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through technical procedures and ensure successful resolution.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to identify trends and report software bugs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry best practices to provide accurate guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 teams when necessary, ensuring zero customer downtime.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, or IT help desk roles.
- Strong proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment without close supervision.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
