Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for B2B SaaS products
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Notion)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Ability to manage time independently with flexible scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills for virtual stakeholder management
