Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise web/mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-driven decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (DevOps, Product, Engineering)
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Analyze user metrics to iterate on design solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Slack)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with flexible scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or equivalent professional experience
