Our ideal candidate thrives in asynchronous environments and brings 5+ years of experience designing for enterprise applications. You'll own end-to-end UX processes from user research to prototyping, using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design for enterprise SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct remote user research sessions and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive specifications for development handoff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack, Jira, and async documentation tools
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops and design critiques
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems for scalable product consistency
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders through virtual presentations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise software or SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
- Expertise in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Notion, Loom)
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management for flexible schedules
