Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs that exceed business goals
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling data-backed narratives
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in accessibility and responsive design
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and design collaboration tools
- Experience with agile development processes and design systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
