Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web/mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (Dev/PM/Eng)
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with remote work background
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user testing methodologies and data-driven design
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field
