Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS and fintech products
- Conduct user research and usability testing across diverse markets
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to inform iterative improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with enterprise software
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1) standards
- Experience with remote team collaboration and async workflows
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours across Central/Eastern time zones
