Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights to drive design improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in agile environments with distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating process and impact required
