- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, responding to inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and with sales on lead generation campaigns
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
- Report monthly on KPIs including reach, engagement, and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media management experience with B2B tech brands
- Proven track record of growing organic engagement by 40%+
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Google Analytics and social listening platform proficiency
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
